Synopsis
The young german journalist Samuel comes to meet Alma Bentes, a well-known Portuguese writer. Her most recent book deals with the Portuguese tiles which are present on the train stations, and with two sisters, Sandra and Sónia, who live on the hills of Douro river. Both sisters fight with the place, like fishes in a waterfall. In short train courses Samuel registers fragments of Portugal. The train gradually stops on the life stations. A restless wind takes the time away.
